    MURRIETA - An Escondido doctor accused of sexually assaulting a patient during surgery at a Temecula hospital was charged Friday, Aug. 21 with multiple felony and misdemeanor counts. John F. McGuire of Carlsbad, 44, pleaded not guilty during an arraignment this afternoon at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta. McGuire was charged with two counts each of sexual penetration of an unconscious victim, sexual battery on a restrained person and attempted lewd acts on a unconscious victim.     FALLBROOK – On Friday, Sept. 18, Rotary Club of Fallbrook will host its annual 'Lobster on the Green' fundraiser at the Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens in Fallbrook.
