    PERRIS - A 13-year-old Hemet girl who went missing earlier this week was found in Perris today, apparently unharmed and in the company of a young man, who was arrested, police said. Brittany Davis was reported missing by her mother Sunday afternoon after she left her house on South Santa Fe Street, saying she was going for a walk, but never returned.     CANMP PENDLETON - Firefighters were working to extinguish a brush fire near the center of Camp Pendleton today. The non-injury fire in the Whiskey impact area near the center of the North County installation was reported about 2:30 p.m., according to base spokesman Lt. Ryan Finnegan.     The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved the recertification for radar enforcement of the 45 mph speed limit on a 1.8-mile segment of Gopher Canyon Road.
