    SAN DIEGO - UC San Diego announced today it is one of four medical research centers across the country that will receive a $5 million award to train researchers in glycosciences. The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute awarded a total of $20 million over five years to UCSD, Johns Hopkins' Cleveland Clinic, BloodCenter of Wisconsin and Harvard University.     SAN DIEGO - A 21-year-old Marine was arrested today on suspicion of starting a fire that resulted in $25,000 in damage to a restaurant in the Gaslamp District, authorities said.
