    FALLBROOK - A 6-year-old Orange County boy's body was found in Yosemite National Park today, more than a week after the body of his brother, a 10-year-old Fallbrook boy, was pulled from the river where they were swept downstream.     According to reports from Fresno County, the body of six-year-old Jacob Adams, was recovered mid-day Thursday, August 23 from the Merced River, about 50 yards downstream from where he was last seen. Jacob and his 10-year-old half brother, Andres "Andy" Adams of Fallbrook, were swept downriver on August 15. Andy's body was recovered shortly after the incident about 150 yards downstream.     After responding to a call from a neighbor on Wednesday, August 22, Fallbrook Sheriff's deputies discovered over 70 cats and kittens inside an apartment near Fallbrook Street and Main Avenue, many of which were ill.
