    FALLBROOK – A head-on traffic collision was reported at 3:35 p.m. this afternoon, (Thursday, Aug. 27) on South Mission Road, a half mile south of Rocky Crest Road. Witnesses said an elderly lady in a blue Hyundai compact was driving the wrong way and hit a red Ford Focus.
