Two days ago from today, a GoFundMe page was created by a neighbor of Luis and his wife Vicky, who lost their home due to the fire.     North County Fire Protection District firefighters responded to a commercial structure fire in the area of the 4200 block of White Lilac Road in Rainbow on September 5th, 2023, at 12:17 pm. NCFPD crews arrived on the scene to find a fully involved warehouse fire that had extended into a nearby office connected to the warehouse.     A truck ran into low-hanging wires this morning that were sagging across Sleeping Indian Rd. in the 4600 block. at about 9 am. According to the CHP and a man involved in the incident who had extensive damage to his vehicle, the wires were sagging so low, that a truck ran into them, pulling the pole into the street and shattering it.     A shattered large display window was reported in the 200 block of N. Main Ave. in downtown Fallbrook on Wednesday, Aug. 30. Deputies arrived and entered and cleared the building. There were no suspects in the store. A deputy in the rear questioned a known homeless man who claimed he had seen the window broken at 8 a.m. but knew nothing about it.     At 12:21 today, Tuesday, Aug. 29, North County Fire Protection District responded to a residential attic fire in the 300 block of Shady Glen Dr. in Fallbrook. The crews worked to get access to the attic. There was a partial roof collapse on the back side of the house. The fire damage was estimated to be about $70k.
