    RIVERSIDE - A two-week countywide crackdown on suspected drunken and drug-impaired motorists netted 695 arrests, authorities reported today.     RIVERSIDE - Work on a railroad bridge will require crews to partially shut down the Riverside (91) Freeway near downtown Riverside later this week, and motorists today were advised to consider mapping out alternate routes. Beginning at 11 p.m. Thursday, Caltrans will close the westbound 91 at Central Avenue to allow crews to erect a structural supports for a new rail crossing at Pachappa Drive.     RIVERSIDE - A college student allegedly carjacked and held at knifepoint by two men who wanted to withdraw money from the victim's bank account testified today that one of the robbers threatened to kill him.
