    MURRIETA - A probationer suspected of beating up a Murrieta teenager and stealing the boy's bicycle was behind bars today. James Cuevas, 20, was arrested Tuesday night, a day after the alleged attack, and booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, robbery and probation violations.     SAN DIEGO - The Pentagon today released the name of a 21-year-old Camp Pendleton-based Marine killed in combat this week in Afghanistan. Lance Cpl. Alec R. Terwiske of Dubois, Ind., died in Helmand Province on Monday, according to the Department of Defense.
