The other day my wife and I were going out to look for a new car. While she was getting ready, I went to run errands and stopped by Fallbrook Motors for a quick look. A truck caught my eye and as I walked up to ask about it I noticed they had the car my wife was looking for. After talking to Tim, the owner, I went and got my wife and brought her back to see the car. We ended up getting both car and truck and saved a hot trip to Temecula. Robert “Bob” George Durling went to be with the Lord on August 29, 2013, at the age of 94. Robert was born in Omaha, Nebraska, to Clarence and Anna Durling. He served in the Navy from 1944 until 1945. He joined his father in the nursery business after the war. Durling Nursery was started by Robert’s father, Clarence, in 1926. Carl John Curt passed away unexpectedly on August 25, 2013, at his residence in northern Nevada. He was born on August 26, 1929, in Detroit, Michigan to Carl L. and Elizabeth Sommer Curt. He was a previous resident of Fallbrook, Calif. Carl was a retired electrical engineer whose accomplishments included working with his father-in-law, Fred A.
