    VISTA - A woman who drove drunk and caused a head-on collision on state Route 76 near Pala, killing her back-seat passenger, pleaded guilty Friday, Sept. 4, to four charges, including gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and DUI causing injury.     SAN DIEGO - A full-scale replica of the San Salvador, the ship that Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo sailed into San Diego Bay in 1542, is scheduled to make its first major public appearance today when it leads a parade of tall ships to the Maritime Museum of San Diego.
