    FALLBROOK - The California Highway Patrol is reporting that a motorcyclist collided with a truck on State Route 76 and Sweetgrass Lane on Saturday evening. The accident, which was reported at 6:37 p.m. and reports from the scene indicated that the westbound side of SR76 was closed to through traffic.     SAN DIEGO - The US Coast Guard intercepted a boat off the La Jolla coast with 19 people aboard, all suspected of trying to enter the United States illegally, an official confirmed on Sunday, Sept. 16. A Coast Guard vessel detected the boat shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday, Petty Officer 1st Class Patrick Kelley said.     CAMP PENDLETON - At least one person was injured in a serious crash that snarled traffic on Interstate 5 through Camp Pendleton today. The crash was first reported just before 2:30 p.m. A witness told the California Highway Patrol that a white SUV and a gray sedan were possibly racing on northbound I-5 near Vista Point when the sedan flipped over across the median and into southbound lanes.     SANTEE - Authorities on Friday, Sept. 14, were investigating reports of an apparently unfounded shooting threat at San Marcos High School and a separate unfounded threat of violence at Santee's West Hills High School, officials said.   • County warns of Fentanyl deaths in Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach

    SAN DIEGO - County law enforcement and health officials warned residents today of three deaths this past weekend caused by fentanyl-laced cocaine in Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach. In addition to the three deaths, two others overdosed on fentanyl-laced cocaine and survived. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that can be anywhere from 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine and 50 times more potent than heroin according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
