    In Sam Murphy’s first post-season college game, the 2009 Fallbrook High School graduate scored four runs. Murphy’s runs contributed to Azusa Pacific University’s 15-7 victory over California Baptist to open the Golden State Athletic Conference tournament for the Cougars.     Bill Richardson last coached a Fallbrook High School water polo team in 2003, but he will be the boys’ varsity coach when the Warriors open their 2011 season Sept. 8-10 at the Poway Invitational tournament. Water polo practice began Aug. 15, forcing a transition for Richardson. “The newest thing for me is getting used to coaching water polo again,” he said.     Kendall Haldi was a Fallbrook High School senior in February 2011 when she signed a letter of intent to play collegiate volleyball at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa.     The San Diego County Water Authority approved a new three-year contract with the Mission Resource Conservation District (Mission RCD) to continue the SDCWA’s WaterSmart Field Services Program.
