    The Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) approved a master reclamation permit for the Northern Regional Tertiary Treatment Plant on Camp Pendleton.     The Fallbrook Public Utility District will use Advanced Telemetry Systems International, Inc., (ATSI), to provide as-needed instrumentation and controls support services for FPUD’s supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA).
