    FALLBROOK – Any residents who have a dog that needs a little bit of training can sign up for the Fallbrook Community Center's dog obedience classes starting in October.     Bonsall Elementary School students, parents, and staff may notice some new safety improvements in the school parking lot. The Bonsall Unified School District contracted with Santa Fe Paving to provide striping and signage which will reduce conflicts between school buses and parents' vehicles.
