    OCEANSIDE - Oceanside police today sought a white Ford vehicle suspected in a hit-and-run crash that left a man in critical condition near Guajome County Park in Oceanside.     On Aug. 23, the top five finishers in the second race at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club were all San Luis Rey Training Center horses. Miss Big Stuff, who is trained by Peter Miller, won the six-furlong race for two-year-olds who had not previously won a race. Good for It, whose trainer is Clifford Sise, finished second.
