    VISTA - An Oceanside physician pleaded guilty today to sexually assaulting and exploiting five female patients referred by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.     SAN DIEGO - Suicides, accidental deaths and fentanyl overdose deaths in San Diego County rose in 2018, according to an annual report released on Monday, Sept. 23 by the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.
