    The Fallbrook High School Warrior Marching Band marches in unison to the football field. Attendees of the September 15 home football game at Fallbrook High stadium stood at attention for “The Star Spangled Banner.” Drum majors Anna Phillips and Nick Rice lead the band wearing white gloves.     The American Cancer Society is recruiting volunteer team captains for the eighth annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer on Sunday, October 23, in Balboa Park. Team captains are asked to develop teams of at least 10 walkers who are encouraged to raise $100 each in pledges. Nearly 2,000 San Diego County women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year and more than 400 will die of the disease, according to American Cancer Society statistics.
