    MOUNT PALOMAR/ANZA - A series of small earthquakes hit the mountains just north of the San Diego-Riverside county line early today, Sunday, Sept. 22, according to automated seismograph computers. A magnitude 3.4 quake started the most-recent string of temblors. It was was at 6:10 a.m., and had a epicenter 7 miles south-southeast of Anza, or about 10 miles north-northeast of Mount Palomar.     PALOMAR MOUNTAIN - A 34-year-old San Diego man was killed when he lost control of his motorcycle on Palomar Mountain and slid into slow-moving oncoming traffic, authorities said today. Andrew Mykle Budenz was driving a Ducati about 45-50 mph uphill on South Grade Road, north of State Route 76, shortly after 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21 when he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed, according to the California Highway Patrol and the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.     ANZA - A small earthquake hit the mountains southwest of Palm Springs early today, according to automated seismograph computers. The magnitude 3.4 quake was was at 6:10 a.m., and had a epicenter 7 miles south-southeast of Anza, or 22 miles southwest of Palm Desert. The data was generated by sensors and computers operated by the Southern California Seismic Network, a joint project of Caltech and the USGS.
