SAN DIEGO - A bill to give ultimate authority over redistricting for the San Diego County Board of Supervisors to an independent commission was signed into law today by Gov. Jerry Brown. A head-on collision early this morning sent two men to the hospital for medical treatment, one with serious injuries to his knees/legs.
