    SAN DIEGO - Northbound Interstate 15 (I-15) Express Lanes from Miramar Road/ Pomerado Road to Mira Mesa Boulevard will be closed Thursday night, Sept. 26 at 8 p.m. through Friday morning, Sept. 27, at 5 a.m. for continued construction of the Mira Mesa Direct Access Ramp (DAR), according to Caltrans. The northbound I-15 main lanes may also be subject to partial lane closures during this time.
