    The Lake Elsinore Outlets invites mothers and their preschool children to spend a fun morning together at the center’s Kids’ Outlet, a free program featuring kid-fun activities, arts, crafts and treats.     Lake Elsinore Elks Lodge is hosting a Chili Cook-Off at the lodge on Saturday, October 21, from noon on. The lodge is seeking chili cooks from Elks and the general public to compete in the contest and the sign-up deadline is Friday, October 13. Chili cooks will be in competition to see who prepares the best chili, with cash prizes awarded for first, second and third place. Chili cooks will sell their completed product.     November 18 is the date for the 10th Annual Unity in the Community Parade, a part of the Elsinore Valley Community Action Planning. The event will begin at 10 a.m. with staging taking place at Elsinore Middle School.
