Late last week a Fallbrook man pled guilty in court to shooting a neighbor's dog, which led to the canine having to endure the amputation of a leg. According to Kelli Herwehe of the San Diego Humane Society, Michael O'Brien pled guilty to a felony charge of animal abuse (597 (a)) relating to an incident that occurred in April of this year during which he shot his neighbor's nine-month-old Siberian Husky named Gunner in the leg.
