    The San Diego County Sheriff's Department reported this morning that workers at two Fallbrook establishments that offer alcohol were cited yesterday for not complying with the law. On Thursday, Oct. 14, undercover alcohol enforcement detail officers and those affiliated with the Fallbrook COPPS (Community-oriented policing) unit arrested a 19-year-old adult male for purchasing alcohol from the Happy Jug liquor store, located at 143 Ammunition Road and providing it to a minor.     CAMP PENDLETON - Camp Pendleton units will be firing high-explosive munitions into the Whiskey and Zulu impact areas from midnight to 2 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 and Sunday, Oct. 17.     Fallbrook High School's girls volleyball team reached the consolation quarterfinals of the October 1-2 Scripps Ranch Tournament. The Warriors won two matches while losing four in the tournament.
