    TEMECULA - The suspect who robbed a Temecula bank on Oct. 15 is believed to be the same as the "Desperate Bandit" (Named by the FBI) who has hit six other locations in Orange County and one Corona, according to Sgt.     RIVERSIDE - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped nine-tenths of a cent today to $4.63, the seventh consecutive decline following a six-day streak of increases. The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 5.8 cents over the past six days, including 1.4 cents on Sunday, after rising 52.4 cents over the previous six days to a record high of $4.688, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.     RIVERSIDE - The median price of a single-family home in Riverside County edged up nearly 1 percent last month, following a pattern of general price increases throughout the state, the California Association of Realtors reported today. The median home price countywide was $228,900 in September, compared to $227,740 in August, according to CAR. On a year-to-year level, prices were 14.5 percent higher.
