    Sheriff's deputies have made an arrest in the Oct. 21 incident in De Luz in which a driver fired a gun at men doing work on a county roadway shortly after noon. The man was driving a red Nissan Frontier when he fired a round from a handgun at the workers.     Aaron Larsen began his minor league baseball career this year with the Arizona League affiliate of the Oakland Athletics and posted impressive numbers. Larsen, a right-handed pitcher, had a 5-2 won-loss record and a 2.89 earned run average for the Phoenix-based club.
