    Emergency workers had to extricate three individuals from two pickups - one small and one full-size - that were involved in a traffic accident today at shortly before noon in Fallbrook. According to North County Fire public information officer John Buchanan, in the 4800 block of South Mission Road, firefighters/paramedics removed two teenage boys from one of the vehicles and an 88-year-old man from the other following an impact that was "almost a head-on collision" he said.
