    RIVERSIDE - A Los Angeles man who stole tens of thousands of dollars from Riverside County property owners he deceived in a money-for-deeds scam was sentenced today to six months in jail and three years probation. Pablo Alfonso Fourquet, 37, was also ordered by Superior Court Judge Richard Fields to pay $417,000 in restitution to his victims.     MURRIETA - A parolee who allegedly fought with security guards outside a Murrieta hospital when they caught him siphoning gasoline from cars was being held without bail today.     Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a registered sex offender suspected of multiple peeping tom incidents. A Hispanic male adult was seen peeping into apartment windows in a complex located on the 31900 block of Del Cielo Este in Bonsall from July 21 to Oct. 15.
