    SAN CLEMENTE - The San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) notified the County of San Diego that the ALERT at the plant due to an ammonia leak at one of its units was cancelled at 6:07 p.m. SONGS reported that its onsite emergency response team contained the release and cleaned up the hazardous material at the unit.     RIVERSIDE - Strong gusty winds and low humidity will pose an increased risk of wildfire in Riverside County on Wednesday, forecasters said. The National Weather Service has scheduled a fire weather watch for the entire county from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday.
