    BANNING - Banning police said today they will ask prosecutors to file murder charges against the stepfather and mother of a 2-year-old Banning boy who died after being hospitalized with head and body injuries.     WILDOMAR - Two people were injured, one critically, when an SUV crashed on Interstate 15 in Wildomar, the fire department said today. The crash was reported at 8:34 p.m. Friday on southbound I-15, just south of Clinton Keith Road, according to a fire department spokeswoman. One person was ejected from the SUV and was driven to a hospital in full cardiac arrest, while another person was treated for minor injuries, the spokeswoman said.
