    WILDOMAR - The county coroner's office today identified the victim of a solo-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 in Wildomar. Sim Lim Young, 50, of Cypress, died from her injuries when the black Ford Explorer she was driving overturned and crashed at 8:33 p.m. Friday on the southbound 15 between Baxter and Clinton Keith roads, the coroner said. The vehicle was traveling at about 70 mph when the Explorer's right rear tire blew out and she was unable to maintain control, said CHP spokesman Nathan Baer.     SAN DIEGO - Two major freeway bridges in San Diego County were tested for safety by a Caltrans engineer who was later disciplined for faking test results on other structures, calling into question the safety of some massive new bridges, it was reported today.     RIVERSIDE - Riverside police used the license number of the getaway car to track down two men suspected of trying to rob a bank in Riverside, officers said today.
