    Escrow has closed on Fallbrook Golf Club, meaning longtime Fallbrook residents Jade and Julie Work (Gird Valley, Inc.) now own the 116-acre property that formerly served as an 18-hole golf course. "It just closed, it's a done deal," said Jade Work late this afternoon.     The membership of the county's Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC) is likely to include a representative from the San Diego County Regional Fire Authority (SDCRFA) as of next January.     SAN DIEGO – The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is implementing a regional impaired driving campaign in an effort to eliminate impaired drivers and save lives.     A Nov. 16 hearing is expected to result in the San Diego County Board of Supervisors approving the purchase of agricultural conservation easements on two properties, including one in Pauma Valley. A 5-0 Board of Supervisors vote Oct. 19 set the hearing date for the purchase of the Pauma Valley and Ramona easements for their appraised easement values.
