    SAN JACINTO - A paraglider died today when he struck active power lines on a mountainside about 2,000 feet above Soboba Road in San Jacinto, a Riverside County fire official said.     PERRIS - Four people were injured in a two-car crash at a Perris intersection, a spokeswoman said today. An occupant was trapped in one of the mangled vehicles that crashed shortly before midnight Saturday at Nuevo Road and Perris Boulevard.     WILDOMAR - A gunman threatened to shoot a Wildomar homeowner today when she confronted the suspect about the power saw he had grabbed at a garage sale, a sheriff's deputy said.     PERRIS - The death of man in a wheelchair, who was struck while cross Highway 74, was under investigation today. The accident near Meadowbrook Road was reported at 6:09 p.m. Saturday, according to the Riverside County coroner's office and a fire department spokeswoman. Authorities said the man, whose name was being withheld pending notification of his next of kin, was 48 years old.
