    Fallbrook High School’s girls volleyball team reached the CIF Division I semifinals before a November 15 loss to Torrey Pines ended the Warriors’ season.     FALLBROOK — A Book Giveaway event was held at William H. Frazier Elementary School on Monday, November 14, in honor of National Children’s Book Week. Students were able to choose a book of their choice, donated by KB Homes, to take home to help expand their home libraries.     A new four-lane highway located just south of the San Luis Rey River is Fallbrook Community Planning Group’s (FCPG) recommendation for improvement of State Route 76 (SR-76).
