VALLEY CENTER - On Thurs., Dec. 4, at approx. 4 p.m., San Diego County Sheriff's deputies from the Valley Center substation learned that an email had been sent to a news station indicating the sender had placed explosives in the area. The sender claimed to be targeting SDG&E work trucks in a land use dispute. According to Sgt.
