William “Bill” Clark Rowe, CPA, 71, passed away in Fallbrook, Calif. on Nov. 2, 2011 following a battle with cancer. Bill was born in Plymouth, Indiana on Sept. 14, 1940. He was the son of Beuford Rowe and Olive (Young) Rowe and grew up on the family farm near Bremen, Indiana.
