    FALLBROOK – Art students from Fallbrook High School created 31 scarecrows for Fallbrook Scarecrow Days 2015. The scarecrows were adopted by shops around town and displayed during the month of October in the fourth annual community event.     Fallbrook High School's water polo team will open CIF playoff competition tomorrow (Friday, Nov. 13) at La Jolla High School's Coggan Pool.
