    FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Jack (John H.) Buettner Memorial Skatepark has announced it will be open special hours during the holiday season. The skatepark will be open December 20 through 24 and December 27 through 31 from noon to 5 p.m., and be closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day.     The Fallbrook varsity basketball team came close to capturing another tournament championship when they hosted the North County Classic Tournament during the third week of December.
