    The county’s Planning Commission approved a tentative subdivision map for a 31.9-acre parcel west of De Luz Road and north of Shady Lane. The Planning Commission’s 6-0 vote Dec. 17, with Michael Beck absent, approves the map to subdivide the property into 14 residential lots ranging from 1.01 to 7.22 acres.     The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 December 8 to approve the first reading and ordinance introduction for changes to the county’s Zoning Ordinance and County Code.
