    PERRIS - A man who was last seen taking his put bull out for a walk was found dead in an open field near Perris, and the dog was shot and killed as it attacked a sheriff's deputy, a sergeant said today, Dec. 30.     SAN JACINTO (CNS) - A chimney fire erupted at a single-story San Jacinto home, according to a spokeswoman. The fire was called in Saturday, Dec. 29 at 4:15 p.m. Firefighters went to the 900 block of East Commonwealth Avenue where they saw smoke, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.
