The Fallbrook Public Utility District will be relining approximately 2,275 linear feet of sewer main in the future, and Sancon Technologies will be the contractor. Robert J. Thompson, 91, formerly of Fallbrook, passed away Feb. 2, 2024, in Henderson, Nevada. Bob was born on Sept. 30, 1932, in Clinton, Missouri to Joseph Robert Thompson and Mildred (Mimi) C. New state legislation allows speed limits to be lowered an additional 5 mph from what the previous allowance was if a road segment is designated as a safety corridor. Thea J. Phillips Moore was born in Los Angeles, Sept. 23, 1930 and passed away Nov. 14, 2024. The construction of the Rainbow Municipal Water District’s West Lilac, Rancho Amigos, and Dentro De Lomas pump stations has been completed, and a Nov. 19 Rainbow board meeting approved the final change orders and the final budget for the project. The board voted 5-0 to authorize an additional $1,150,000 of expenses for the project.
