    One person was transported after a two-vehicle collision that occurred Monday evening on northbound Interstate 15 near Mission Road in Fallbrook, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash, reported at 8:40 p.m., involved a semi truck being rear-ended by a BMW sedan. It remains unclear whether the vehicles were blocking traffic at the time of the incident.     At about 7:30 pm tonight, Friday, Sept 20, a white sedan became fully engulfed in fire on the southbound I15 freeway just north of the Mission Rd offramp. The car was on the right hand shoulder but three lanes of the freeway were temporarily closed. NCFPD arrived and had the fire extinguished within a few minutes. No one was transported with injuries. The sinkhole was about two feet across and three feet deep, posing a significant danger to passing vehicles.
