    A parolee at large in a pickup truck led officers on a slow-speed, 20-minute chase in Riverside's west end tonight before he was arrested in a shopping center parking lot, police said. The chase began around 7:30 p.m. and ended in the 5700 block of Van Buren Boulevard, said Riverside police Lt. Julian Hutzler. Police did not immediately release the man's name.
