FALLBROOK - A fire broke out in the morning of Wednesday, June 19 in the garage of a Fallbrook home, authorities said. The non-injury blaze was reported around 5:45 a.m. at a single-story home on Wintergreen Lane off Via Del Robles, North County Fire Protection District Capt. John Choi said. CAMP PENDLETON - According to a U.S. Marine Corps Camp Pendleton Twitter post, a vegetation fire "well within the Zulu Impact Area," is sending visible smoke throughout the area. PALA - A blaze broke out in the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 28 in a trailer northeast of Pala, killing a man who lived inside, authorities said. The fire on Magee Road north of state Route 76 was reported around 12:20 a.m., Cal Fire spokesman Issac Sanchez said. Firefighters responded and found a single-wide trailer fully engulfed in flames, Sanchez said. According to a report by Fox5 News in San Diego, 34-year-old Brad Arands who was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 11 in connection with a five-acre brush fire that broke out near Highway 76 in Bonsall will be released due to lack of evidence.
