    ANZA - A blaze raced through a double-wide mobile home in Anza and destroyed it, a spokeswoman said today. Firefighters were dispatched at 4:28 p.m. Friday to the home in the 38300 block of McDonald Lane, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.     ANZA - A small earthquake hit the mountains southwest of Palm Springs early today, according to automated seismograph computers. The magnitude 3.4 quake was was at 6:10 a.m., and had a epicenter 7 miles south-southeast of Anza, or 22 miles southwest of Palm Desert. The data was generated by sensors and computers operated by the Southern California Seismic Network, a joint project of Caltech and the USGS.     AGUANGA - Two people were injured, one of them seriously, in a two- vehicle crash in Aguanga this afternoon, a county fire department spokeswoman said. The crash was reported about 1:30 p.m. at Highway 371 and Lake Riverside Drive. One of the victims had to be cut out of a crumpled vehicle and was airlifted to an area hospital with major injuries, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.     MOUNTAIN CENTER - A vehicle tumbled 40 feet from a roadway in Mountain Center today and left one person with major injuries, a spokeswoman said. Dispatchers received a call at 7:44 a.m. and sent firefighters to the corner of Highway 74 and Keen Camp Road, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.
