    Sullivan Middle School won the North County Flag Football League championship Nov. 20 with a triple-overtime victory over Valley Center Middle School.     Vallecitos School hosted the six-school Vallecitos Soccer Tournament Nov. 20, which included a third-place finish for the Vallecitos boys team and a fifth-place result for the Vallecitos girls squad. “I think it went pretty well, and a good time was had by all basically,” said Ray Hanbeck, who organized the tournament and also coached the Vallecitos boys.     More Complexity became the first San Luis Downs Training Center horse to win a stakes race during the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club’s Bing Crosby Season meet when the three-year-old filly won the Betty Grable Stakes on Nov. 9.
