Lauren Dutton, Matthew Hoss to wed

Douglas and Gail Owens of Fallbrook are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Dutton, to Matthew Hoss. Matthew is the son of Craig and Eileen Hoss of Costa Mesa, CA.

Lauren is a 1997 graduate of Trabuco Hills High School. She completed the cosmetology program at Golden West College in 1999 and served as an ambassador to the Fallbrook community as Miss Fallbrook 2002. She is currently majoring in liberal studies at California State University, Fullerton, while working as a hair stylist at Wild Hair Salon in Fallbrook. Matthew is a 1998 graduate of Estancia High School in Costa Mesa. He is a 2004 graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in history. He is currently working as a martial arts instructor at Orange County Kickboxing in Irvine.

The family is planning an August 7 wedding in Point Loma, CA.
