Potter steps up 'safe' effort

At a large table in the Potter Junior High School library last week, 16 members of their Safe School Collaborative met to discuss safety on Potter’s campus. The collaborative is not a gathering of parents, administrators, teachers or law enforcement officers, as you might think; it is dominated by seventh- and eighth-grade students.
