Here we go again! Rainbow has found, and is prepping, yet another candidate who popped up from nowhere to seek a seat on the district’s board.

Candidate Cari Dale, who had attended one RMWD board meeting before declaring her candidacy and has attended one since, spent a good part of a recent afternoon at the district office, doing what? Being given the “party line” to follow? Being fed information about her opponent? Cramming for more questions such as those posed by the North County Times recently?
