Introduction to BCAL

My name is Sam Skinner and I’m a senior at Bonsall Charter, or BCAL for short. Most of you have probably never even heard of this school; you can’t be blamed, though — it’s only on its third year. BCAL is adjacent to the Bonsall Community Center and located right below Bonsall Elementary School. The school has a thriving population of 90 students, each on his or her own education method: five-day, three-day, or independent study.

What separates BCAL aside from most schools is its class size; there are no more than 20 kids in a class, often fewer than fifteen.
