Everyone is Irish, ’tis said, on St. Patrick’s Day and I can think of few who smile more or remind me more of the spirit of the day than Beth Mata, hair stylist from Lucca Salon at River Village.

How does Beth come to mind? Easy! She was working her magic with my hair and the subject of cooking and food surfaced… then, she ’fessed up to hosting some gourmet cooking sessions at her home. Of course, the next thing I knew I was learning more about a person I’ve known for many years. Beth is, in fact, celebrating 15 years at Lucca. Wow!
